Currently, Pawn Max is proud to service the community with 9 bright, beautiful, clean, family-friendly locations in Pinellas, Pasco & Hillsborough counties, Florida. All of our stores are staffed with well-trained professionals who are smiling and ready to meet your needs, whether you are looking to borrow some quick cash discretely with no impact on your credit or you are trying to find a great deal on almost anything you can imagine. We are here to help! We offer short-term collateral-based loans, and we stand behind what you purchase from us with a 30-day guarantee on most items.

Pawn Max’s ownership and management team began working together in the late 1980s, and in 1997 the first Pawn Max was formed. That store was located in Margate, Florida, and it is where the 3 current partners all began their working relationship together. Since then, much time has passed, some locations have come and gone, and we have learned a lot. Our key team members or “close family” consist of a great group of people who have also been around the industry and all working together for a good amount of time. Our facilities are monitored 24/7 with redundant surveillance and alarm systems that are much more robust than the industry standard. Our stores have safe rooms and fire and tool resistant safes to help ensure your most precious treasures (jewelry & watches) stay protected in the most extreme situations.

Our store’s pawn, buy and sell a wide range of items. We could not name all of the different item types we see each day here without missing anything, so we like to say if it doesn’t breathe, eat or poop, we would probably loan money on it, buy it or sell it.
